Can I order my tickets via telephone?
If you wish to place your order by phone, or require consultation, please contact the ticket hotline +49 1806 - 12 18 95* Mon. - Fri. 08:00 till 20:00, Sat. 08:00 - 20:00 and Sun. 10:00 - 20:00 (*costs may vary depending on the location you're calling from).
On non sold-out match-days, the ticket desks usually open with stadium opening or one and a half hours before kick-off. The amount of ticket desks depends on the capacity of the respective home game. If you buy a ticket at the tickets desks on a match-day the extra charge per standing place is 1,00 Euro and per seat 2,00 Euro. Please note that only cash payments are possible.
Since January 1st, 2017 each child (from birth onwards) needs an access authorization in form of a fee-based ticket or free of cost ticket for the parent’s lap. Children up to the age of 7 who are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket get a free of cost ticket for the adult’s lap upon presentation of the children’s age verification at the ticket desks on Hamburger Straße or entrance via Rheingoldstraße. Please note that the free of cost ticket do not entitle the respective child to sit on a seat of their own. The valid age verification of the child must be presented voluntarily to the security staff at the entrance on a match-day. Children from the age of 7 years require a fee-based ticket.
Tickets reserved for match-day collection at the stadium via ticket hotline, online ticket shop or the Eintracht Braunschweig business-office can be collected from stadium opening until 30 Minutes after kick-off at the respective the collection point “Hinterlegung 1” (Fanshop Hamburger Straße). Please note that reserved tickets can be picked up only on a match-day.
Ticket desk for upgrading your ticket
If you have a reduced ticket but you are not entitled to a reduced ticket price, these tickets can be easily upgraded to a full-paying adult ticket. For this purpose, on a match-day, you can go to the upgrading ticket office at the main entrance or at the entrance on Rheingoldstraße. Furthermore, you can upgrade your reduced ticket prior to the home game at our Fanshops in the city and at the stadium.
Resale of tickets: „Eintracht-Ticketbörse“
Fans with a valid ticket (season-ticket or day ticket holder) who are prevented from visiting a home game of Eintracht Braunschweig have the possibility to re-sell their ticket in the ‘Eintracht Ticketbörse’, which is an official platform. The advantage is that the tickets will be passed from fan to fan for a fixed price, without any risk. In the battle against the black market, Eintracht Braunschweig strongly recommend both ticket seller and ticket purchaser only use the ‘Eintracht-Ticketbörse’ as a secure and official secondary market platform.
Please note that the family blocks 13 + 14 (East-Stand) are non-smoking areas.

The EINTRACHT STADION opens 90 – 120 minutes before kick-off on match-days. This may vary for big matches. On non sold-out match-days, the ticket-desks open with stadium opening, or one and a half hours before kick-off. Eintracht Braunschweig make specific announcements in this regard from game to game.
Does the ticket include the free travel on local public-transport?
The ticket for home games of Eintracht Braunschweig includes free use of local public-transport on match-days 3 hours before kick-off until end of operations of the Braunschweiger Verkehrs AG in Braunschweig (tariff zone 40). The general terms and conditions of Verbundtarif Region Braunschweig apply. Please note that only the ticket serves as a travel ticket, not the bill.
Where can I book wheelchair tickets?
Please note that Eintracht Braunschweig offers 60 tickets specifically intended for wheelchair users per match day, in order to ensure barrier-less access to the viewing area. Due to security and liability reasons, wheelchair users are not permitted to access the stadium with a normal day ticket. The accompanying person is admitted free of charge and is seated in the row behind the wheelchair area (Block 1, row 3 and Block 4, row 3). Tickets are available at all points of sale, telephone hotline and online ticket shop.

Where is the guest sector located in the EINTRACHT STADION?
The Blocks 18 (seats) and 19 (standing room) in the North-Stand of EINTRACHT STADION are intended for the guest fans. These blocks are accessible via our guest parking space P4. Tickets for our guest fans are available from the respective visiting club. On match-days, tickets for the guest fans can be purchased at the ticket desks close to the North-Stand (via guest parking space P4) of EINTRACHT STADION.
Eintracht Braunschweig expressly emphasise that the wearing of jerseys, caps, football scarves and other such merchandise from the visiting club, is not permitted in particular sectors of EINTRACHT-STADION.
